Do you deliver?
We do deliveries only in the East Rand, Gauteng and Heidelberg. Any orders outside of this vicinity must be picked up. The exact pick up address will be given upon officiating your order.
Is delivery free?
We charge a fee for delivery. This fee is based on how far you are from our location, Nigel, Gauteng. This fee is not included in our cake prices.
How far in advance do I need to book my order:
Custom cake orders should be made 1-2 weeks in advance. Cupcake orders should be made 3-5 days in advance.
When do I pay for my order:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required is required 1-2 weeks in advance to officiate your order. The delivery fee must be included in the deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of collection/delivery. Your cake will not be handed over to you without full payment.
How do I pay for my order:
You can make a deposit or bank transfers, banking details will be emailed to you or sent via WhatsApp upon the receipt of your enquiry. You are required to send us your proof of payment incase your payment does not reflect immediately. We do not accept eWallet or Cashsend.
How do I transport my cake:
Once you have received your cake you must carry it from the bottom. Place it on a flat surface like the floor of your car or the boot. Do not place the cake on a seat! Make sure the air conditioning is on, heat may lead to the buttercream melting and the cake being deformed.
Note: Once the cake is in your possession it is no longer the responsibility of Sugarake, please handle your cake with care.
